A free tool from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that will help you organize your family tree and help you identify common diseases that may run in your family.

All you do is enter as much family history as you can, including ailments and diseases. It then produces charts to determine links.

There is also a simple PDF file included for you to enter a family tree.

Note: This is not an extensive geneaological tool, simply a small set of charts for holding family information...
