XnView is a image viewer and multimedia player. It supports more than 400 file formats (PiNG, Jpeg, Targa, Tiff, Gif, Bmp,Support too animated gif, multipage tiff, multi-image icon, animated Jif, and mpeg, avi, wav, aiff & Quicktime files. Browser, slide-show, screen capture, thumbnail create, batch conversion, hexadecimal view, drag and drop, contact sheet, twain...it offers the possiblity to apply filters (blur, average, emboss) and effects (lens, waves). It supports over 30 languages and there are versions for Linux/FreeBSD/Irix/Solaris/HP-UX/AIX, as well as the windows version above.
