StickyView is a FREE application for viewing your favourite image collections from recursive directories either individually or in a slideshow.
StickyView was written to fill a hole in the market displaying JPG images. The idea for StickyView stemmed from a need to be able to view many directories worth of images in progressive or intelligent-random slide show at variable speeds.
For example, if you set a Search Folder as "My Pictures" then StickyView will scan for all JPG images contained within "My Pictures" and recursive directories within "My Pictures". StickyView will then display images found in the image list. Once the image list is populated you can view those images in a slide show or individually.
StickyView has a nice clean interface and displays images full screen with a black background. Unlike many other applications which have unsightly borders or windows forms around them, or lack the ability to show images full screen at all.
There is no program out there designed with the same direct purpose as StickyView. There are other programs that will do side shows, but the premise of Stickview is unique. StickyView was designed with one simple ideal, fast easy viewing of your favorite collections of images. |
