Sayz Me is a free text-to-speech reader for Windows. Text is typed in or copied from the clipboard and then read aloud. Words are highlighted as they are spoken. Select voice, adjust reading speed, voice pitch, font, font size and color. Hides in the system tray. Very simple and easy to use.

Sayz Me includes text to voice functionality and accessability features which allow you to adjust the font size and color to assist reading. In the included documentation you can read up on the system requirements, installation instructions and there is a quick help guide. If you find the standard microsoft voices are a bit too bland then we have included a download HERE (13mb) for some Additional Voices. You can also copy text from web pages, emails or documents and have the words read aloud to you. Sayz Me uses the Microsoft speech engine and synthetic voices (only supports SAPI4).
