The Garden with Insight garden simulator is an educational simulation that uses weather, soil, and plant growth models to simulate a simple garden in an open-ended microworld setting. You can plant vegetables and grow them to learn more about plants, the soil, the weather, gardening, and science. Garden with Insight is finally complete, but it is neither as accurate, comprehensive, or easy to use as they had hoped. We at TQF think that for a freeware virtual gardening tool, its quite effective! The third file below, Extras, is a 3mb download of Extra tools, backdrops, sounds, music, 3D objects, icons, 1000 climates and 700 soils.
